Terms of Service

Who’s providing this

Roundup Crew is a family chore-management service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and your Crew

You must be an adult (the age of majority where you live) to create an account. As the account holder you’re responsible for your Crew: the members you add, the credentials you create for them, and activity under the account. Child members participate only under a profile a parent creates and controls; a parent can review, edit, or remove a child member at any time.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

New Crews start with a free trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled; you can change or cancel anytime from the billing portal, taking effect at the end of the current period. If a subscription lapses, your Crew becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and reactivating restores full access. We may grant complimentary or promotional access to some Crews at our discretion.

Rewards are a family record, not money

Reward amounts, points, and privileges tracked in the app are a record-keeping feature between family members. Roundup Crew does not hold, transfer, or pay out money, and a tracked reward is not a debt, wallet balance, or payment obligation of ours.

Your content and data

Your family’s data belongs to your family. You can export it or delete your account from account settings at any time. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service (store, process, and display your Crew’s content to its members).

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity; no attempts to disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, or access other families’ Crews; no automated scraping. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with export of your data available where practical.

Notifications

Push notifications are opt-in per device and can be turned off in account settings or in your device’s settings at any time. Transactional email (verification, password resets, billing, weekly recaps) is part of operating the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or its users; for material changes or discontinuation of the service we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above, and for material changes we’ll notify parents by email with reasonable notice before they take effect.
